Main Sponsor
The 2026 Open Studios Kommetjie event is once again generously sponsored by Tracey Reid-Daly of Seeff Properties.
Tracey brings years of property sales experience to the coastal communities of Kommetjie, Scarborough, Imhoff’s Gift, and Bluewater Estate. As a long-term Kommetjie resident and active member of the community, she has been a consistent supporter of local artists and the annual Open Studios Kommetjie event.
In 2026, Tracey will host the event’s Main Hub at the Seeff office in The Village Place (3 Erica Road, Kommetjie). This is where visitors can collect printed event maps, and see a selection of works by the participating artists to help them plan their trip across the various studios.
The Main Hub highlights the synergy between art and home, two things Tracey understands deeply. We thank both her and Seeff Properties for their continued support of Open Studios Kommetjie and the creative community around it.
For property enquiries, contact Tracey on 072 770 0212, or at tracey.rd@seeff.com.
OSK Residency Space Sponsor
In 2026, The Village Place is sponsoring a dedicated Residency Space for Open Studios Kommetjie artists Jéan America and Reagan Rubain.
The recently renovated space gives the artists a place to develop their work in the lead-up to the event weekend, during which it will become their exhibition space. This is where visitors can meet the artists, view their work, and spend time learning more about their practices.
After hours during the event weekend, The Village Place will also become a gathering point where artists, visitors, and members of the community can meet and share their experiences from the day.
We thank The Village Place for making the 2026 residency possible, and for valuing our mission to create space for artists to work, exhibit, and connect with the community around them.
The Village Place is home to both the Open Studios Kommetjie 2026 Main Hub and Residency Space.
