The 2025 Open Studios Kommetjie event was once again generously sponsored by Tracey Reid-Daly of Seeff Properties.

Tracey brings years of property sales experience to the beautiful coastal communities of Scarborough, Imhoff’s Gift, Bluewater Estate, and Kommetjie. As a long-standing resident of and active contributor to the village, she plays a vital role in connecting people to not only homes but also to the creative spirit that defines Kommetjie.

Tracey has always championed the creative community, supporting artists and helping their work find a place in the heart of the village.

In 2025, the Seeff Properties office in The Village Place (Erica Road, Kommetjie) served as the main hub for Open Studios Kommetjie. The space was transformed to celebrate the synergy between art and home, two things that Tracey understands deeply. 

Here, visitors could collect printed maps, find directions, hop in a tuk-tuk, purchase Give Back Project items and tickets, and enjoy a warm welcome from Tracey herself. On display was a selection of work from some of the artists to help visitors plan their studio visits.
